About the role

  • Intern supporting Inside Sales at Prysmian in Sorocaba, performing client registration and sales proposals analysis. Collaborating with internal teams and assisting in administrative routines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform client registration activities and technical-economic analyses of sales proposals;
  • Respond to customer needs by recommending appropriate products;
  • Register and update customer records in internal systems;
  • Support the preparation of quotes and commercial proposals;
  • Monitor the progress of quotations;
  • Organize documents, spreadsheets, and commercial records;
  • Assist with the department's administrative and operational routines;
  • Assist in analyzing market opportunities and trends;
  • Interact with internal departments such as Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain;
  • Maintain updated institutional documents and customer onboarding/qualification processes;
  • Assist in preparing and updating commercial reports.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactive;
  • Committed;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish and English is desirable;
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
