Responsibilities
Full responsibility for managing complex calendars that include travel and the need to coordinate meetings with senior level executives and their assistants inside and outside of the company
Provide a high level of daily support, always anticipating what the principal(s) will need in advance of meetings and phone calls, including pre-reading and meeting materials
Handle all travel arrangements for domestic and international trips - book flights, expense vouchers, itineraries, and logistics
Answers and screens telephone calls and takes detailed messages
Returns calls and initiates conference calls
Requirements
7+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take proactive initiative
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team
Highly adaptable and flexible, able to pivot quickly as priorities change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work overtime as needed
