Responsibilities
Support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Perform analyses, advise customers, configure WMS, troubleshoot and optimize
Trace analyses (MS SQL Server)
Develop and customize functions, interfaces and reports
Support WMS interfaces to ERP systems, conveyor technology, WCS (Warehouse Control System) and carriers
Support the introduction of new modules, releases and upgrades
Conduct tests (integration, system, acceptance) and produce documentation
Work closely with business units and customers (logistics, IT, external partners)
Train and support users and create training materials
Contribute to projects (implementation, rollout, migration, process optimization)
Requirements
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Logistics or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in logistics IT, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or comparable applications
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, particularly T-SQL
Development experience with Java and HTML or C/C++
