About the role

• Analyst responsible for consolidating data and analyzing results of social impact programs. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data collection (quantitative and qualitative), including the design of instruments, timelines, and monitoring of responses;
• Conduct trainings for projects, providing technical guidance on applied monitoring;
• Support critical data analysis and produce executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for diverse audiences;
• Liaise with partner teams to ensure data consistency and proper information collection;
• Contribute to diagnostics, baseline studies, mid-term evaluations, and impact evaluations;
• Ensure systematization and documentation of processes and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in monitoring and impact evaluation, especially in social, environmental, educational, or cultural projects;
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar);
• Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey);
• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce clear, data-driven reports;
• Organized, analytical thinker with an investigative mindset;
• Comfortable with and curious about technology — our day-to-day requires deep engagement with all solutions offered by Simbi;
• Experience in corporate strategy is a plus;
• Systemic perspective and a proactive, solution-oriented approach;
• Cooperative mindset, active listening, and ability to work well with diverse teams;
• Experience prioritizing tasks to effectively manage the team’s working hours.
