Provide customer support and consulting for Projektron BCS, focusing on the DACH region. Hybrid role with onboarding at the Berlin headquarters.
Responsibilities
Support for prospects and customers (primarily in the DACH region) during the implementation of Projektron BCS through presentations, trainings, requirements and implementation workshops
Advise prospects and customers, starting with the software evaluation
Understand and document customer needs and requirements
Prepare proposals
Present our software on-site at customer locations or at trade shows
A minimum three-month onboarding period takes place at our headquarters in Berlin.
Requirements
Strong university degree
Experience in software consulting
Experience in project management
Confident demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Willingness to travel
Excellent written and spoken English
Sales experience is an advantage
Project management certifications (GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) are an advantage
