IT Systems Administrator providing day-to-day IT help in a hybrid environment. Supporting Microsoft 365 and overseeing macOS device management with a focus on user access and security.
Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day IT support across tools, devices, and user access.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, device upkeep, and rapid issue resolution for on-site and remote staff.
Collaborate closely with security and infrastructure teams to provide dependable service while keeping systems secure, stable, and scalable as the organization grows.
Assist in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (user management, groups, access).
Support macOS device management using Jamf Pro and assist with policy enforcement.
Assist with MDM administration using Microsoft Intune.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access cleanup.
Maintain and update internal IT documentation and end-user guides.
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for on-site and remote employees via a ticketing system, Slack, email, and in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS and Windows environments (macOS primary).
Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices, conference-room equipment, and peripherals.
Image, provision, and prepare devices for new hires and replacements.
Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and resolved with a high level of customer service.
Serve as an escalation point for more complex desktop and device-related issues.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or a similar IT support role
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Hands-on experience supporting macOS environments
Experience with Jamf Pro or other macOS MDM solutions
Basic experience with Azure Active Directory (user and group management)
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira
Experience supporting Office applications on both Mac and Windows
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
