About the role

• Senior Analyst for Tax Reform focusing on indirect taxes like ICMS and ISS at ALLOS, a leading platform in entertainment and retail.

Responsibilities

• Map the impacts of the Tax Reform (CBS and IBS) on the group's activities;
• Prepare analyses, simulations, comparisons and reports;
• Participate in defining and populating new fields on outbound invoices, accounting entries, assisted tax calculations, tax payments and system configuration (ERP and satellite systems);
• Participate in defining and applying new crediting rules for inbound (purchase) invoices;
• Support tax reviews of contracts;
• Propose operational improvements and support the implementation of controls, automations and tax validations, ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations and the mitigation of tax risks;
• Work across different interfaces and departments, providing guidance and promoting alignment, updates and process adjustments;
• Support interactions with tax authorities and audits;
• Monitor supplementary legislation and federal, state and municipal regulations related to the Tax Reform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting;
• Strong knowledge of indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS) and familiarity with new models (CBS, IBS);
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Taxation, Tax Planning or Tax Law is desirable;
• Experience with tax systems and ERPs; SAP is a plus.
