About the role
- Supply Chain Assistant responsible for data management and supplier support in the apparel sector. Engaging with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining & updating product, supplier, and fabrics data within multiple systems to support accurate compliance and reporting across our entire product catalogue
- Act as the RFID subject matter expert, including supplier support, order management, optimisation opportunities and troubleshooting.
- Supporting supplier onboarding, documentation, and day to day supply chain administrative processes.
- Updating and cross-checking logistics, production, and compliance data across various internal reporting tools.
- Providing hands on support across production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance functions as required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, ideally within apparel, fashion, retail or supply chain operations
- Strong Administration and data skills, with confidence using Excel/Google Sheets, G-Drive, inventory management & PLM systems.
- A detail-obsessed, organised, and proactive approach with a love for getting things right.
- Clear, confident communication skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
- A positive, team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow within our fast paced and agile supply chain department.
