Responsibilities
Master paid campaigns: You design, run and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a strong performance focus — local and precise.
Build funnels & strategies: You develop new funnels, landing pages and automation sequences that deliver measurable results.
Use AI effectively: You implement AI tools and create smart automations that make life easier for us (and our clients).
Manage client relationships: Onboardings, kickoffs, strategy meetings — you act as a sparring partner for our clients and a proactive point of contact with a plan.
Analyze campaigns: You know your KPIs inside out and derive data-driven actions.
Manage projects: You independently manage campaigns and processes, coordinate internal teams and always keep the big picture in mind.
Chase trends: You know what’s happening in online marketing and proactively test new platforms, tools and strategies.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3–5 years in online marketing, ideally in an agency or a performance-driven environment.
Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, KPIs, media buying and data-driven marketing.
Tools: Experience with FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, OnePage, Google Ads, ClickUp, Close or comparable tools.
Technical understanding: You understand how marketing technologies work — from automations and webinar tools to landing pages.
Soft skills: Analytical, creative, organized and hands-on. You take initiative, communicate clearly and thrive on ownership.
AI affinity: You’re curious about new technologies and use AI tools strategically beyond ChatGPT, including Voice-AI and Chat-AI solutions integrated into our processes.
Industry knowledge: You have a good sense for audiences in the tattoo, beauty or aesthetics sectors — or you learn quickly.
