Responsibilities
Provide effective advice and support in a timely and proactive manner to key business stakeholders / senior management
Manage and support business stakeholders in all People cycles such as salary reviews, performance reviews and engagement action planning
Address and resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary issues and dismissals
Own and deliver complex and cross-functional projects and drive progress towards business goal
Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation
Requirements
Relevant experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role operating in a global, fast-paced and global/distributed environment. Ideally within a Tech team.
Experience in managing and resolving employees’ disciplinary issues in partnership with your business stakeholders
Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application, good knowledge of the CCNL Commercio is mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Italian language
High proficiency in Google Suite applications and high confidence in data management problem-solving abilities.
Organizational and relational skills to manage and prioritize multiple activities, initiatives and employee relations effectively.
Experience in coordinating cross-team/department activities as project manager and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
