Responsibilities
Lead the development and customization of Peoplesoft applications in alignment with business requirements.
Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Peoplesoft components including Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or defects during development and post-deployment.
Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to development activities.
Requirements
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within **PeopleSoft FSCM** modules (AP, GL, AM, AR).
Lead and contribute to **end-to-end SDLC activities** including requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and production deployment.
Perform **application upgrades, enhancements, and customizations** in line with business requirements.
Provide **production support**, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
Develop and maintain **PeopleSoft objects** including Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR, Integration Broker, and Fluid/UI components.
Ensure adherence to **coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks**.
Conduct **code reviews** and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance.
Collaborate closely with **functional teams, QA, and business stakeholders** to deliver robust financial solutions.
Mentor and guide **junior developers**, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
Support integrations with third-party systems and ensure data integrity and compliance.
