- Peoplesoft Development Lead responsible for development and customization of Peoplesoft applications at Belmont Lavan. Collaborates with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and system stability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customization of Peoplesoft applications in alignment with business requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Peoplesoft components including Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or defects during development and post-deployment.

Requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within **PeopleSoft FSCM** modules (AP, GL, AM, AR).
- Lead and contribute to **end-to-end SDLC activities** including requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Perform **application upgrades, enhancements, and customizations** in line with business requirements.
- Provide **production support**, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain **PeopleSoft objects** including Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR, Integration Broker, and Fluid/UI components.
- Ensure adherence to **coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks**.
- Conduct **code reviews** and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with **functional teams, QA, and business stakeholders** to deliver robust financial solutions.
- Mentor and guide **junior developers**, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
