Responsibilities
Sarai responsabile di supportare il cliente tramite tutti canali di comunicazione previsti (telefono, email, live chat, etc.) e gestiti tramite i portali aziendali preposti;
Consulenza per l'acquisto delle polizze;
Condivisione informazioni sulle garanzie accessorie;
Individuazione del prodotto personalizzato;
Verifica della correttezza dei dati inseriti e controllo documenti;
Consulenza per variazioni post vendita;
Consulenza e supporto nella gestione ed eventuale modifica della polizza;
Cross selling.
Requirements
Esperienza come consulente telefonico presso altre compagnie dirette;
Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di lavorare in team;
Buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di PC e posta elettronica;
Capacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro in autonomia.
Ottima conoscenza dei prodotti assicurativi auto (Rca e Garanzie accessorie);
Conoscenza delle attività di back-office assicurativo (controllo documentale, antifrode);
Iscrizione al RUI;
Laurea.
