About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a key advisor and operational lead for the UK Country Manager
- Drive execution of the business plan
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, strategic PMO, corporate strategy, business planning, FP&A, or similar roles
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or another quantitative field
- Strong quantitative reasoning
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to structure problems and validate hypotheses with data
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
- English (professional fluency to work with international stakeholders)
