Hybrid Packaging & Digital Designer focusing on graphic design for packaging and digital assets at Prestige Consumer Healthcare. Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to meet marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage electronic pre-press functions, designs internal and external publications, and creates professional graphics for packaging, brochures, advertisements, and multimedia presentations.
Produce digital assets for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns, including banners, resizes, e-commerce digital shelf content, product shots, static visuals, minor video editing, and basic social media design.
Collaborate with internal partners, and external vendors and agencies to meet project deadlines and maintain printing and digital quality standards.
Develop and finalize packaging mechanicals for new SKUs, line extensions, and regulatory updates (Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects).
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in file preparation, die-lines, color breaks, and regulatory guidelines for OTC products.
Maintain and conform to product graphic standards and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and protection of brand equity across all packaging.
Review and proof packaging artwork, comps, and vendor proofs; participate in on-site press checks as needed.
Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging digital creative across multiple brands for use in organic and paid channels, including social media, display ads, email campaigns, and search.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining organized project files and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, packaging design, digital media, or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of experience in packaging and digital design, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG), OTC, wellness, or health-related industries.
Demonstrated expertise in pre-press, print production, and packaging design (mechanicals, die-lines, color management, regulatory requirements).
Strong portfolio showcasing both packaging and digital design work (campaign work, e-commerce, banners, web design, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma, XD, or Sketch preferred.
Experience with Amazon A+ content, Shopify, and other DTC or retail e-commerce platforms.
Skilled in product photo editing, retouching, and packaging visualization.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
