Responsibilities
Respond to technical inquiries from clients and sales teams by providing solutions tailored to construction sites.
Conduct site visits and provide customized recommendations on PPG solutions.
Train and support the sales force on technical aspects related to building products.
Provide technical support to clients and partners in selecting, applying, and implementing anti-corrosion systems.
Perform technical inspections and participate in validating solutions on industrial sites.
Provide guidance on standards, certifications and regulations specific to corrosion protection (ISO, Norsok, etc.).
Participate in managing technical claims in coordination with commercial departments and internal services.
Maintain technical and competitive intelligence on the building and corrosion protection segments.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business school or equivalent with a technical specialization.
Experience in technical support, preferably in the building and/or corrosion protection sectors.
Technical knowledge of paints, coatings and application systems.
Familiarity with building regulations and corrosion standards (ISO, Norsok, etc.) is a major asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teaching ability and diplomacy.
Analytical skills, rigor and autonomy in a demanding environment.
Professional English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
