- Proactively propose new requirements for the toolchain and represent the team's interests
- Provide necessary technical metrics, analyze trends, and derive improvement measures
- Ensure the organization's quality and delivery capability in collaboration with architects, the People & Transformation Lead, and the Operation Stability Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a technical field
- Additional training in computer science, software development, requirements engineering, or business analysis
- Several years of experience building and evolving CI/CD pipelines across different development environments
- Knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements elicitation to the operation of IT solutions
- Strong technical understanding as well as analytical and conceptual skills
- Good verbal and written communication in German, good knowledge of a second national language, and good command of English.
