About the role
- Support the supplier registration and homologation process at Positivo Tecnologia. Involves document validation, correspondence with suppliers, and internal collaboration for compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support the supplier registration and approval process, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Assist in the review and validation of legal, tax, and technical documents (e.g., CNPJ, certificates, permits, ISO certifications, etc.) to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with email communication with suppliers to request documents, additional information, and updates to records.
- Support the Purchasing team in supplier risk analysis (e.g., reputation, tax status, outstanding issues).
- Help standardize processes and prepare reports and onboarding/approval KPIs.
- Assist with digitization and organization of documentation in accordance with Compliance and audit policies.
- Support coordination with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Compliance for supplier approval and validation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Advanced English.
