About the role
- Senior Consultant implementing modern SAP solutions in financial services at ponturo consulting AG. Collaborating with clients on accounting, controlling, and data management transformations.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the implementation and realignment of modern SAP solutions in accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting/compliance and data management
- Develop robust data models and implement best practices to represent processes efficiently and in a regulatory-compliant manner
- Support banks and insurance companies in the transformation and automation of their finance and regulatory processes using SAP FPSL, PaPM or FSDP
- Assist in building consistent data architectures and modern reporting structures
- Assume team and project leadership responsibilities as required
- Develop advanced domain concepts in SAP Financial Services and share knowledge internally through workshops and trainings
Requirements
- Completed university degree
- Several years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on SAP FPSL or an alternative subledger solution
- Familiarity with data integration and data management processes and their functional and technical representation in SAP
- Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills
- Strong IT affinity and ease with digital solutions
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with initiative, perseverance and a focus on the essentials
- Willingness to support clients at their offices across Germany, remotely, or at our branch office
