About the role

Responsibilities
- Take on responsibility within the company as a (part-)project lead in client projects
- Work on projects at the interface of the energy industry, sustainability, digitalisation and software development
- Design strategy and transformation projects across the entire energy value chain to promote sustainability and resilience
- Contribute to the strategic, operational or organisational development of energy topics such as hydrogen utilisation, green power and flexibility marketing, new business models for decentralised energy supply, or CO2 emissions accounting
- Continuously update your knowledge on current developments in the energy sector
- Support the promotion and dissemination of our interdisciplinary expertise through publications and presentations
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for a motivated and committed team and a willingness to contribute your own ideas
- Initial practical experience through internships or entry-level positions in the energy sector or in consulting (industry-independent)
- A strong university degree with a technical, scientific, business/economics or information technology focus
- Enjoy combining technical understanding, strategic analysis, economic assessment and implementation work
- Reliability, team spirit, openness and a passion for actively shaping the energy transition, driving topics forward and establishing sustainable change
- Initial presentation and facilitation experience as well as MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel (flexibility and mobility)
