NPI Engineer facilitating product launches across critical sites with the Plexus TED Program. Collaborating with customer-focused teams to enhance solutions and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Relocate to key manufacturing sites for temporary assignments (typically 3-12 months) aligned with critical NPI program needs.
Provide immediate, on-the-ground technical support by integrating with the CFT team and reporting to the site NPI Engineering Leader.
Contribute to one or more of the following NPI focus areas based on business priority: Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, Test Engineering.
Actively engage with dedicated mentorship from the NPI Engineering Leader and NPI SMEs to rapidly develop technical and professional skills.
Identify and help implement process improvements and feed best practices back to the NPI and SME teams.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, is preferred.
Ideal candidates may have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, but other technical backgrounds will be considered.
