Responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and deliver regular quality assurance reviews for all team members

Requirements
5+ years in sales leadership, ideally within fintech, lending or financial services
Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve targets while upholding quality standards
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive data-backed improvements
Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills
Deep understanding of sales processes, objection handling and customer journey optimization
Familiarity with CRM systems, call-centre technology and responsible lending regulations
