About the role
- Intern assisting with VC platform operations at Planet A in Berlin. Focus on event management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the speaker, partner and guest pipelines as a core working system
- Project-manage timelines, task trackers and action lists across workstreams
- Support program development to ensure content aligns with Planet A’s thesis and our brand while engaging our key stakeholders
- Assist with the summit’s content and communications work alongside our Brand and Communications Manager
- Coordinate logistics for speakers, guests, partners and vendors
- You’ll be supported closely by the team and encouraged to ask questions, learn quickly and think creatively.
Requirements
- Early in your career and eager to learn how venture capital and investor platforms operate from the inside
- Action-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Takes ownership and follows through on what you commit to
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English and enjoys working with a wide range of people
- Cares about quality and takes pride in work that reflects well on the people and institutions behind it
- Prior experience in VC or events is helpful but not required.
