About the role
- Lead Media Operations team at pilot Hamburg, preparing and controlling online campaigns. Driving innovation and team development in digital media strategies with a focus on effective campaign management.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Campaign Management, Programmatic Advertising oder Ad Management.
- Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und weißt, wie man Mitarbeitende motiviert und weiterentwickelt.
- Du begegnest deinem Team auf Augenhöhe, hast immer ein offenes Ohr für deine Kolleg*innen, und förderst individuell deren Fähigkeiten.
- Du hast eine technische Affinität in Bezug auf Tracking, Web-Analytics, Ad-Management und ein hohes Zahlenverständnis.
- Du überzeugst durch selbständiges Arbeiten, bist engagiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
