About the role
- Director of Field Integrations overseeing planning and execution of hospital integrations for COVE Animal Health. Ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and support during integration phases.
Responsibilities
- The Director of Field Integrations is a hands-on, highly organized leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hospital integrations across the COVE network.
- This includes acquisitions, de novos, relocations, expansions, and new systems implementations.
- You’ll own the integration process from diligence and pre-opening through post-integration success, ensuring hospitals are operationally ready, compliant, and supported during their first 90 days.
- This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and hospital leadership to deliver smooth transitions and scalable integration playbooks that support continued growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in M&A integration, de novo development, or multi-site operations
- Strong understanding of veterinary hospital workflows, licensing, and vendor ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects to completion
- Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Highly self-directed with strong accountability and organization skills
- Willingness to travel more than 50%.
