About the role
- Infrastructure Architect at Philips driving healthcare sales strategy through technical expertise and customer collaboration in northern New Jersey & NYC. Ensuring effective implementation of monitoring solutions and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Be a key interface between Philips and our customers concerning their solution design.
- Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in driving overall business and deal support.
- Provide technical expertise on hospital patient monitoring solutions and medical device integration.
- Collaborate with the KAM on complex solution selling.
- Participate in defining and controlling the Market 2 Order process.
- Assist KAMs with customer presentations focused on the technical components.
- Support KAMs and Hospital Patient Monitoring District Sales Leaders in achieving business goals.
- Provide input on Sales tools, quoting/pricing issues, and competitive threats.
- Monitor competition and changes in the industry.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices or Electronic Health Records
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT, including Epic, Cerner and EHR workflows
- Experience working with Visio (required)
- Capital Medical Sales Experience or Patient Monitoring experience is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or 7+ years of equivalent Healthcare IT experience.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication, coupled with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills are important.
