About the role
- Global Demand Planning Manager driving strategic forecasting and demand planning for Philips Ultrasound Business. Leading cross-functional collaboration and mentoring in a global setting.
Responsibilities
- own the development and finalization of the global demand forecast for the Ultrasound Business
- lead the demand planning cycle
- orchestrate meetings and alignment sessions (including Global BU Final Forecast Plan and regional Sales & Operations Planning)
- mentor and develop demand planners
- partner with regional and global stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and finance
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, data analysis, or project management, ideally within a global matrix organization
- advanced forecasting techniques
- statistical modeling
- systems knowledge (o9, ERP systems, inventory management tools)
- strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and Sales & Operations Planning processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
