About the role
- Field Service Engineer responsible for customer relationship and servicing medical imaging equipment at client sites. Required to travel 70% and provide outstanding service at hospitals and healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining equipment at customer sites.
- Understand the customer's business and generate service revenue.
- Complete all administrative duties within established regulatory requirements.
- Perform all related tasks including diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years of experience in other electromechanical industries.
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
