Responsibilities
- Lead country and regional medical operations across MERA
- Provide operational support to the CMAO and partner with the MERA Medical Affairs Leadership Team
- Support effective governance processes/meetings
- Responsible for end to end fit for purpose governance planning/execution
- Lead efforts in partnership with MERA Cluster Medical Lead for Regional Plan development
- Drive change & transformations, working collaboratively with MERA Medical Affairs colleagues
- Lead development of Operating Plan communication for MERA Medical Affairs LT
- Ensure communication between platforms and EM CMAO Operational and Change Excellence
- Driving alignment across MERA on both in-person and omnichannel engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years with bachelor’s degree; 5+ years with master’s degree
- >5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs is preferred
- Prior experience in Project Management, Business/Medical Operations is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive relationships across functions and geographies
- Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions including Medical (Customer Facing and HQ), Field Medical Excellence, Compliance, Medical Information, Corporate Communications, Digital, BOPs, Commercial, MQG and related Global/Regional partners
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
