Responsibilities
Competitive Intelligence Monitoring
Continuous monitoring of competitive activities across multiple sources
Develop internal alerts and newsletters sharing critical/milestone events
Strategic assessment of competitive intelligence and distillation of competitive data points into relevant insights
Development and delivery of internal marketing training sessions on competitor labels
Lead cross-functional and Global/Regional/Local competitive strategy planning
Create competitively differentiated messaging and tactics
Manage Competitive Intelligence Agencies
Requirements
BA/BS degree required
8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in marketing, strategy and new product launch
Strategic cross functional leadership experience including in-market experience and above country/regional scope
Strong analytical and strategic skills
Proven record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Must be mature, self-driven, have exceptional learning agility and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and complexity
