About the role

  • Account Manager developing strategic customer relationships in the Cybersecurity and Insurance sector. Collaborating with insurers and partners to enhance service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic expansion of customer and partner relationships
  • Positioning cybersecurity services with insurers and corporate clients
  • Development of cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaboration with leading cybersecurity experts
  • Management and strategic development of existing B2B customer relationships
  • Identification and active development of cross- and upselling potential in cybersecurity and risk services
  • Positioning additional cybersecurity services across the entire customer journey
  • Conducting customer meetings, workshops and management presentations
  • Building long-term, trusted business relationships with decision-makers
  • Advising on cybersecurity prevention, risk assessment and incident response services
  • Analysis of customer requirements at management and decision-maker level
  • Translating technical security topics into clear business value
  • Developing customer-specific solution concepts together with specialist departments
  • Supporting the entire sales cycle (lead through contract conclusion)
  • Expanding strategic partnerships within the insurance ecosystem
  • Growing revenue and customer value through cross- and upselling
  • Providing market feedback to product and management teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
  • Ideally experience in the insurance, cybersecurity, IT security or risk services environment
  • Experience working with insurers, brokers or enterprise customers
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
  • Structured working style and experience in pipeline and CRM management
  • Enjoy presenting to customers and at events
  • Fluent German and English skills.
