Develop Best in Class In Market Activation Plans
Support NPD launches for the brand in the market
Develop omnichannel activation plans in market aligned with overall business goals
Develop Local Brand Success Model
Track campaign performance and metrics, analyze results and optimize plans
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback
Develop and manage brand budget ensuring effective allocation of resources
Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for future activities & campaigns
Support collaboration with Central teams to update on performances
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years in roles within CPG or Consumer Health
Proven experience in managing analytically demanding corporate initiatives
Demonstrated success in working in cross functional teams
Strong preference for experience in Marketing and Sales
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls, including trade funds management and comprehensive planning processes like S&OP and Stage Gate
Expertise in enhancing forecast models, segmentation frameworks, sales incentives, pricing strategies, and reporting tools to drive channel strategy execution
