About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide a 24/7 confidential support service via telephone, virtual and face to face counselling
- Provide short-term counselling to NHS Employees in person
- Delivering Psychoeducation workshops and Trauma Support
- Signposting clients to external resources for specialist support
- Offering real-time support to employees and managers, including high-risk cases
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Counselling (essential)
- Accredited membership with BACP / NCPS
- Experience in telephone and face-to-face counselling
- 400+ clinical hours post-qualification
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches
- Experience within an EAP setting (advantageous)
- Computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously and in a team
