Responsibilities
Own corporate training programs from post-sale handover through successful completion
Lead large-scale training initiatives in coordination with institutional and external stakeholders
Translate commercial commitments into structured plans, managing scope, timelines, risks and dependencies
Oversee the operational execution of corporate training programs across all phases
Manage participant communications beyond traditional classroom delivery, including onboarding, funding guidance, eligibility validation and post-training follow-up
Ensure full compliance with administrative requirements related to funding mechanisms, certification processes and institutional reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and institutional partners
Lead governance touchpoints, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines and responsibilities
Capture client feedback and develop use cases to assess program impact
Continuously refine the participant journey across pre- and post-training stages, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and test new services
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
~2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Startup Operations, or other delivery-focused roles
Experience managing multi-workstream projects with diverse stakeholder groups
Structured and execution-driven, but comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
