Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues
Collaborate with internal partners to execute benefits initiatives and operational improvements
Assist in managing inquiries related to benefits administration while maintaining clear ownership through resolution
Design, document, and maintain scalable benefits processes and workflows
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and service level expectations
Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless benefits execution
Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Support implementation of new benefits programs or system enhancements
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in benefits operations, HR operations, or benefits administration
Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in fast-paced environments
Are proficient with operational tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
Have strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
Take ownership of your work and proactively seek improvements.
Experience working in a global or multi-country benefits environment
Familiarity with benefits systems or HRIS platforms
Comfort working with data and metrics to monitor performance and accuracy
