About the role

• Pricing Analyst responsible for analyzing pricing proposals for EMEA markets. Collaborating with multiple departments to enhance pricing strategies and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Conducting pricing proposal analyses in alignment with market characteristics and sales expectations.
• Understanding the cost structure of local EMEA markets and the competitive context.
• Identifying gross margin alerts and implementing action plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the team to regularly update internal analytical tools.
• Working with the sales team to define pricing strategies for individual countries.
• Identifying changes in pricing and strategies for improvement.
• Managing and calculating prices for strategic merchants and pricing offers, including global merchants.
• Preparing business justifications regarding market changes, new products, and initiatives.
• Utilizing data and insights from company reports and products to identify revenue opportunities, draw conclusions, and make decisions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support optimal pricing decisions.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with pricing processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, margin management, financial controlling, or promotional management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on statistical analysis, problem-solving and data analysis.
• Exceptional drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills to articulate complex data clearly.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Polish.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, including communication and flexibility.
