Responsibilities
Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution.
Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Create AI first experiences to drive customer experience and retention when the customer is impacted by risk actions
Ability to translate ambiguous business and customer needs into clearly defined product problems and priorities.
Proven ability to drive execution end-to-end, delivering outcomes on time while managing dependencies and trade-offs.
Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to inform product strategy, decision-making, or feature development.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
Clear and effective communicator, able to articulate product vision, decisions, and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience defining metrics, interpreting insights, and measuring impact.
