Responsibilities
- Scope project & program responsibilities focused on the delivery of product or computer-based system from design to release
- Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs
- Provide technical guidance and support to program teams
- Establish and maintain program management processes and standards
- Monitor program progress and performance against objectives
- Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and resources
- Drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical consumer programs
- Partner deeply with engineering and product leaders to translate ambitious ideas into well-sequenced technical workstreams
- Lead through influence across teams
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment
- Strong technical fluency
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and program governance at enterprise scale
- Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the org
- Passion for consumer experiences, developer velocity, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
