Requirements
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience of managing global partnerships and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Deep knowledge of card network rules, bulletins, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to interpret regulatory and network requirements and translate them into practical guidance.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on long-term partnership success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
