Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical consumer programs—setting goals, aligning milestones, and mobilizing execution across teams.
Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate ambitious ideas into well-sequenced technical workstreams.
Lead through influence across Product , Engineering , Design and Data teams.
Anticipate technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and guide the program team through clear, scalable paths forward.
Create clarity where there’s ambiguity—using data, insight, and storytelling to inform stakeholders and enable smart decision-making.
Elevate the craft of program management by championing Agile, SAFe , and Lean practices.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams.
Requirements
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment
Experience driving complex , cross-functional programs involving mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and APIs.
Strong technical fluency—you can navigate architecture conversations and partner credibly with engineers.
Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and program governance at enterprise scale.
Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the org.
Passion for consumer experiences, developer velocity, and cross-functional teamwork.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
