About the role

• Program Manager leading multiple R&D activities at Parallel Wireless driving green telecom innovation. Collaborating with teams for high-quality deliveries and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track software release execution.
• Monitor planned deliveries, issues, timelines, and release notes.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, provide mitigation plans, and continually improve release and development processes for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee the bug lifecycle for hundreds of field-reported defects.
• Coordinate activities across multiple R&D teams, follow up on prioritization and progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish the infrastructure for measuring R&D KPIs.
• Define and communicate indicators to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the product lifecycle.
• Play a key role in shaping the organizational roadmap and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Program management experience in software and/or hardware development.
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and bug lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a global, multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing expectations of stakeholders and executives.
• High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of cellular network components and architecture.
• Experience working with Kubernetes-based systems.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
