About the role
- Junior HR-Admin Specialist supporting HR operations and recruiting at paper republic, a leading leather goods manufacturer in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung und laufende Pflege unserer HR-Systeme.
- Verwaltung wiederkehrender Employee-Lifecycle-Anfragen (z. B. Stammdatenänderungen).
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Mitarbeiter:innen-An- und Abmeldungen sowie Organisation von Probetagen.
- Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnverrechnung sowie Kontrolle und Abrechnung der Reisekostenabrechnungen.
- Erstellung diverser Reports zur Unterstützung von Payroll und HR-Analysen.
- Unterstützung der Recruiter:innen im Bewerbungsmanagement (CV-Checks, Interviewkoordination, Job-Postings).
- Eigenverantwortliche Koordination von Pre- und Onboarding-Maßnahmen für neue Mitarbeiter:innen.
- Organisation interner Trainings und Events.
- Mitwirkung an HR-Initiativen zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung – inklusive Nutzung von KI-Tools.
Requirements
- Ein facheinschlägiges Studium im Bereich HR/Personalmanagement ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im HR-Bereich gesammelt, idealerweise in den Bereichen Vorbereitende Lohnverrechnung oder Arbeitsrecht.
- Du arbeitest äußerst präzise, gehst verantwortungsvoll mit sensiblen Daten um und verfügst über ein sicheres Zahlenverständnis.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit einer Personalsoftware gesammelt.
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
