Responsibilities
- Support leadership by being responsible for financial routines, ensuring accuracy, quality, and continuous process improvement.
- Develop advanced cash flow analyses, financial projections, and performance indicators.
- Review and validate critical financial entries, primarily reconciliations.
- Actively participate in the monthly close to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of data.
- Support financial leadership in interactions with banks, audits, and more complex vendors.
- Serve as a technical reference point for the team, guiding analysts and contributing to the development of the area.
- Act as an active interface with internal and external audits; review and automate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial roles, with technical proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, complex reconciliations, cash flow, and interaction with audits.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint (or similar).
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One).
- Solid knowledge in preparing and monitoring short- and long-term cash flow.
- Proven track record leading projects related to operational efficiency, automation, and process improvement.
- Experience in dealing with banks, negotiating terms, and supporting financial operations.
- Knowledge of tax legislation and the tax impacts on financial processes.
- Intermediate English.
