Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic management, portfolio management, program leadership, or management consulting within financial services, insurance, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing large, complex project portfolios and teams, including third-party and cross-functional resources.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio and project management methodologies, techniques, and best practices, as well as strategy development and execution.
- Ability to blend innovation and agile methodologies with traditional project management to optimize outcomes and collaboration.
