Responsibilities
Lead and execute high-impact continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and ensuring measurable results.
Take ownership of projects and deliver validated cost savings and operational improvements.
Manage and coach continuous improvement resources by providing hands-on guidance and mentoring.
Collaborate with Regional Senior Vice Presidents to align improvement efforts with regional goals.
Apply Lean problem-solving methods to address operational challenges, tracking results and sustainability of process changes.
Perform other duties as assigned to support organization goals.
Requirements
A minimum of seven years of experience in operations or continuous improvement (CI) is required.
Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on people leadership experience.
Experience in transportation or multi-site operations is preferred.
Lean or CI experience is required.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary.
