- Provides administrative support to one or more Directors or Executives at PG&E. Manages schedules, travel logistics, and prepares documents and reports.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to one or more Directors or Executives
- Audit/monitor for adherence to corporate travel guidelines
- Manage & prioritize calendar and schedule meetings & conference calls
- Handle all travel related aspects for individuals and groups
- Create, assemble, modify, proofread presentations, spreadsheets, reports
- Prepare or assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, meeting materials
- Handle HR related administrative tasks including time reporting, performance improvement plans and onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma required
- 4 or more years of administrative support experience required
- 1 or more years of experience supporting Director level preferred
