About the role
- Program Manager overseeing program implementation and operations at PG&E. Focusing on vendor relationships and regulatory compliance in the Energy Delivery business unit.
Responsibilities
- Manages aspects of program implementation and operations.
- Ensures the program is operating effectively.
- Managing relationships with and providing direction to vendor(s)
- Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Developing, measuring, and reporting on the success of the program
- Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors, and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach the appropriate customer audience at the proper time
- Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
- Partner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meetings with regulators.
- Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent
- Master’s degree (Desired)
- PMP Certification (Desired)
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management (Desired)
- Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations (Desired)
- Experience with the Report it program (Desired)
- Experience with IT products and programs (Desired)
