About the role

  • Service Operations Manager at Otis conceptualizing maintenance systems and overseeing customer management. Leading service sales team and ensuring safety and quality processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and implement maintenance systems and records.
  • Conceptualize methods for reduction in callbacks and monitor effectiveness methods.
  • Conceptualize systems and methods for reduction of annualized hours per unit.
  • Develop and improve rapport between customer and company.
  • Developing & meeting Business plan forecast.
  • Manpower planning.
  • Ensure implementation of safety at all levels.
  • Conceptualize, and plan methods to better inventory control of stores.
  • Regular meetings with Area Managers and CSE’s.
  • Attending Family meets, participate in Tool Box Talks.
  • Create safety awareness among employees.
  • Generate monthly management report on Service Activities.
  • Adhere to all Safety & Quality policies of the company.
  • Conduct Fatality Prevention Audits at sites.
  • Resolve all safety issues pertaining to resolve at job sites.
  • Monitor competition of WWJSSS items.
  • Attend Safety Committee Meetings.
  • Participate in Accident investigation.
  • Lead ACE.
  • Responsible for managing Service & Service Sales team of the area.
  • Responsible for addressing & understanding people matters.
  • Responsible for customers interface & customer management.

Requirements

  • B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
  • Should have overall relevant experience of 10 to 15 yrs.
