Responsibilities
Generating eLog estimates and proposals for offices through marketing sales lead pipeline
Responsible for following up and closing leads in systems
Follow up with on and off portfolio customers contacted by Otis digital campaign
Target market will be low rise buildings and selling Otis standard model product offerings
Project manage all sold projects from start to finish
Work closely with the OA Sales Manager to provide NE estimates and proposals to offices with bid overflow
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
Excellent customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers/situations
Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as attention to detail
Must be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with minimal oversight
Prior technical sales experience with knowledge of elevator industry preferred
