Responsibilities
Content Creation: Create high-quality content on a wide range of topics, including press releases, byline articles, blog posts, and reports.
Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day management of osapiens' social media presence. Draft and publish posts, coordinate creatives with the design team, manage the content calendar, and continuously look for ways to grow reach and engagement.
Award Management: Coordinate and execute submissions for industry awards and recognitions that highlight osapiens' innovation and impact.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and media opportunities. Analyze communication performance metrics to evaluate impact and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain the CMS system and content databases.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Media Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related field.
You have excellent writing skills in both German and English.
You are interested in sustainability, business, and regulatory topics and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex content.
You are familiar with the German media landscape and ideally have experience in PR, corporate communications, content creation, or social media management.
You pick up new tasks quickly, work with a high degree of independence, and grow into responsibilities.
You bring a high level of initiative and proactively look for ways to contribute beyond your immediate brief.
