Requirements

- Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
- Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction.
- Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
- Communicating fluently in English (C1 level) to engage effectively with global teams and stakeholders - German skills are considered a plus
